Founded in 2016, Urbicus is led by Mark Clayton and Mark Kierpal, two of Queensland’s most respected and successful Urban Planners.
With over 40 years collective experience in the property industry, Urbicus are experts at managing development applications through the machinations of regulation and red tape and obtaining the approvals projects required to add significant value to property values.
Our track record of achievement is built upon a foundation of experience working within the public sector, including Brisbane City Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council, Queensland Government and Federal Government and in the private sector for leading development and property consulting firms.
At Urbicus we utilise our skillsets and industry expertise to achieve innovative and cost-effective outcomes.
We are also accredited RiskSMART consultants, meaning that we can fast track your development application to Brisbane City Council.
